  • This is a personal invitation event. Guests are invited by name and can only access the registration page via the email they received the invitation on.
     
  • The personal invitation does not include any companion. We can accommodate request for one additional person on a case-by-case basis (space permitting) and this is only for the Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner and Event Forum.  Flight and/or additional accommodation costs for companions are not included.
     
  • GIB will provide business class tickets from GCC international airports (Bahrain, Jeddah, Qatar, Riyadh and Dubai) to London (UK) only. Invited guests can modify travel routes or booked ticket dates at their own expense.
     
  • GIB will provide ground transportation to locations relevant to the event itinerary only. Our partner transportation company can accommodate any additional transport requests of invited guests at their own expense. Please communicate any personal transport requests to the GIB Events teams well in advance to ensure timely booking of a car and driver.
     
  • Due to high seasonal demand for flights to London in May, we request you to confirm your registration, and flight and accommodation well in advance.
