May 9 | All day: Guests arrive in London and are transported exclusively to The Dorchester Hotel, Park Lane or their private residence.
May 9 | 6:00 to 7:30PM: Guests make their way to The Dorchester Hotel - Gold and Silver Room on the ground floor for the Welcome Reception. The Welcome Reception is expected to conclude at 7:30PM then guests are at their leisure.
Dress code: Formal (Men: Business Suits / Women: Formal Dress)
May 10 | 8:15AM: Guests make their way to The Dorchester Hotel - Gold and Silver Room on the ground floor for the Forum. The Forum is expected to conclude at 3:30PM.

May 10 | 7:00PM: Guests will be transported to The National Gallery in Trafalgar Square for the Gala Dinner (via group ground transfers). Dinner is expected to conclude at 10:30PM.

May 11 | AM/PM: Guests make their way to the airport for their return flight (exclusive transportation to the airport can be provided by GIB if confirmed during registration or informing GIB Spring Dialogues Event Team. Cars will not be available for guests who have not requested a transfer.

The National Gallery is an art museum in Trafalgar Square. Founded in 1824, it houses a collection of more than 2,300 paintings dating from the mid-13th century to 1900. The Gala Dinner will be held in Room 34: The British Collection showcasing the splendour of 18th-century Britain and the finest British paintings against an elegant backdrop of exquisite shades of blue.
